CANCELLATION POLICY

All bookings require a non refundable deposit of $10, which is included in all booking services. There is free cancellation before your set appointment time 48hrs online and up until 24hrs by direct contact. Cancellations after 24hrs there will be a 20% of service fee charged. Failure to show without notice, there will be a 50% of service charge and a flag placed on your booking account. Once client has received two flags client will automatically be placed on the NON BOOKING list. Please arrive to appoint 15 minutes early for check in and intake information. We understand things in life happen we ask that you take proper precautions when booking your appointments. Failure to arrive on time will result in additional late fees added. Late fees are applied as follows 10 minutes - $5 charge 15 minutes - $10 charge 20 minutes - Appointment is canceled and needs rescheduling Deposits are NON REFUNDABLE; however can be transferred with Esthetician’s approval. Upon reading this policy, any booking made by client is a direct agreement to follow said policies and fees. Understanding that all charges are to be made and charged to the payment set by client at time of booking.
